- Completed proposal form and declared values
- Independent valuation or certification where relevant
- Security, storage and transit protocols
- Loss history for the last five years
- KYC, sanctions and beneficial ownership checks
Claims procedure
01Notify Renfield as soon as reasonably possible after discovery02Take reasonable steps to prevent further loss and preserve evidence03Provide the documentation requested by the claims team04Cooperate with any appointed loss adjuster05Assessment and any settlement follow the policy terms and insurer approval
